- CRO Expertise: A track record of measurably improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Search & Email Mastery: Deep understanding of Search Engine User Acquisition and Email Marketing lifecycle strategies.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to generate actionable insights from complex data.
- High-Level English: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency is a must.
- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO), Claude Code + Cowork and a strong understanding of how to leverage dev/design resources effectively.
- Bonus: Experience in the e-commerce industry or familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
