Accomplishes construction projectresults by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required;establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling andcoordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions andconclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing changeorders. Prevents fines and interruptions bycomplying with, and enforcing, codes. Maintains safe, secure, and healthywork environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complyingwith legal regulations. Updates job knowledge by tracking andunderstanding emerging construction practices and standards; participating ineducational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintainingpersonal networks; participating in professional organizations. Enhances organization reputation byaccepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploringopportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
