About the role
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is an entrepreneurial and ambitious client group.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow portfolio of CPG brands (Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, etc).
- Development of full-funnel strategies (Branding + Performance + Commerce).
- Drive TikTok Ads adoption to accelerate GMV growth.
- Prepare data-driven proposals, media plans, and performance reviews.
- Perform creative thinking to identify new revenue opportunities to drive incremental ad investment.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in managing the accounts performance (Industry, Product, Shop, Strategy, Ops).
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure high standard of execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media advertising, brand, sales, or brand partnership roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing large business portfolios.
- Strong expertise in digital/mobile marketing (branding & performance campaigns).
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Has understanding of e-commerce operation/performance.
- Good skill of presentation & excellence communicator.
