Senior Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Web Developer who brings deep PHP, Javascript, and front-end expertise along with a keen eye for modern design. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you will own the development and performance of our marketing website, which is built on WordPress but designed to scale beyond basic use cases. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a best-in-class web experience that supports marketing campaigns, drives demand, and reflects our brand's design system. This role requires someone who's organized, fast-moving, and proactive in catching and fixing inconsistencies across the site, even when not explicitly asked. We often provide design files, but not always - so familiarity with interpreting our brand and UX patterns independently is critical. You will be expected to bring engineering discipline to our marketing website including documentation, proper development workflows, regression testing, and performance monitoring. You will also contribute to adjacent marketing technology projects that extend the website functionality and support marketing as a whole.
