About the role

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, PROGRAM & BUS ANALYSIS DEPT, R&D BUSI ANALYSIS DIV, WPNS & ENERGETICS BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Intermediate excel skills and the ability to extract data from automated systems and format into reports; 2) Experience with financial analysis and interpretation and evaluation of funding plans; 3) Experience with tracking funding, validating expenses, reviewing transactions in accounting systems, and reconciling accounts; 4) Experience making recommendations for financial data corrections; 5) Strong communication skills both written and oral. (DA-03): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/8) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Basic excel skills and the ability to extract data from automated systems and format into reports; 2) Experience with assisting with financial analysis and interpretation and evaluation of funding plans; 3) Experience with assisting in the tracking of funding, validating expenses, reviewing transactions in accounting system, and reconciling accounts; 4) Experience assisting in making recommendations for financial data corrections.
