Requirements
- Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certifications such as IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Prior experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or built environment sector is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership.
- Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and foreign manpower policies.
- Experience managing large local and foreign workforces.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR analytics.
