Responsibilities

  • This role is a management position so you are expected to be capable and comfortable on leading a team on day one and reporting intended daily tasks summaries to the Director directly at the start and end of the day.

  • Liaise with suppliers, landlords, contractors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with SFA, MOM and workplace safety requirements
  • Drive productivity improvements and cost optimisation initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in coffee, café or F&B operations
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of coffee operations and hospitality management
  • Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required
  • Hands-on and willing to support operations during peak periods

  • Additional Requirements
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B/2A/Class 2 motorcycle licence and/or Class 3 driving licence.
  • Must be willing and able to perform ad-hoc transportation duties between outlets, suppliers, events and customers when operationally required.
  • Comfortable handling urgent operational matters, including manpower shortages, stock transfers, equipment deliveries and emergency coverage across multiple outlets.
  • Possess own motorcycle or vehicle is highly preferred though not necessary.
  • Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays when required to support business operations.
  • Candidate should be physically fit and comfortable carrying coffee beans, equipment and operational supplies when necessary.
