We have an excellent opportunity for a Compliance & Shipping Specialist to join our team in Arica, Chile ! Responsabilities: Act as the main point of contact for all import/export activities and regulatory compliance within the research center. Lead regulatory execution and data management to ensure compliance with seed production requirements. Prepare and submit reports and documentation to obtain permits from local authorities (SAG). Ensure adherence to the Research Material Movement Procedure, implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. Plan and prepare documentation for seed shipments (incoming and outgoing), ensuring compliance with phytosanitary and research seed production requirements. Manage all tasks related to seed import/export for production programs, including logistics, permits, and tracking. Oversee regulatory compliance across all seed production processes within research programs and provide training as needed. Support the implementation of CAMS/RMS compliance across all site teams. Stay aligned with global strategies regarding seed movements, shipments, regulatory requirements, and research management systems, implementing changes as required. Serve as the key contact for SAG inspections and requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information. Maintain updated phytosanitary requirements for seed import/export and prepare documentation for inspections.
