Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations, including material handling and site housekeeping
• Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
• Load, unload, and transport materials as directed by supervisors
• Perform general labor tasks to support production and operational goals

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to follow instructions
• Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime when needed

• This role is based in an outdoor industrial setting and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically active environment and adhering to all safety standards.
