- Strong expertise in capital project delivery, vendor governance, and portfolio management
- Experience managing complex, high-volume, multi-trade programs
- Proven ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, real estate, or related field preferred
