About the role

Job Scope: Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming. Create the Offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill and 5 Axis centres Readout CNC codes including probing cycles for program creation Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering Generate 3D models using NX Job Requirements: Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming. Offline CNC programs using UG NX 8.5/9/10 and above for Aero engine and Structural components is mandatory Knowledge of Team centre functions will be Should be proficient enough to generate 3D models using NX Optimization in Programming and machining techniques Awareness of aerospace quality requirements
