Responsibilities

  • Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, expand Freshworks' footprint in the HK & TW markets, and exceed sales targets.

  • Experience that counts: 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strategic mindset: Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
  • Revenue focused: Strong prospecting and pipeline management capabilities, backed by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
  • Domain knowledge: Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions) that drive operational efficiency and business impact.
  • Strong collaborator: Customer-centric approach with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese(spoken and written) is mandatory to communicate with local stakeholders.
