Degree or vocational education in Information Technologies, Computer Programming, or a related field, Previous experience in a similar IT position is preferred, Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking, Good communication and problem-solving skills, Team-oriented and customer-focused, Good command of English is an asset.
