Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Admin.
- Experience with the following modules: HCM, reporting, talent, absence, benefits, and compensation.
- Deep understanding of Workday business process framework, including business process configuration, condition rules, validation rules, and approval chains across HCM modules.
- Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Self-sufficient and problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a global company.
- Experience with EIB/Mass upload.
- Workday Pro Certification.
