You will join a small and high performing team and your main responsibilities will be: Role Building and managing a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships Guiding studios on product strategy and creative direction to build strong, marketable prototypes Leading launches as a product director by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale successful titles Owning the full P&L of your games, with a sharp focus on growth and profitability Driving deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what we should build next Profile Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school 3+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g. consulting, banking, tech, or startups) Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills Passionate about gaming and consumer products Comfortable owning complex projects and working autonomously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Russian Personal passion or creative interest outside of work
