Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for retail and corporate roles including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure the best fit for the company

  • Arrange smooth onboarding processes including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
  • Conduct orientation and ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance processes, and final documentation.
  • HR Administration & Support
  • Prepare offer letters, and employment contracts.
  • Administer work pass matters (application, renewal and cancellation)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Employee Benefits
  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance and wellness initiatives.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and identify training needs.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, company events and activities.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and employees to resolve queries to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Business Administration or or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition specialist, handling high volume hiring
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Good communication, stakeholder‑management, and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Organised, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
