QC Supervisor up to $4500 (5 days) Tuas

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), SOPs, and project quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant industry standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate root causes of defects in mechanical parts and assemblies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Ensure quality standards for raw materials, parts, and fabrication processes.
• Lead, train, and supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and production staff.
• Support internal audits and quality system reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in a mechanical manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication processes, inspection methods, and QMS.
• Experience with ISO standards, NCR management, and audit processes.
• Six Sigma or ISO Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

QC Supervisor Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Work Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Jurong & Boon Lay)
