Job purpose We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Quality team as a Customer Quality Engineer! This position will support us in quality function and reports to Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure to execute the agreement. Establish reasonable warranty control procedure.
- Control the risk in the warranty area in product lifecycle.
- Ontime and Dynamic response to customer 0KM/field complaints, acting in customer stratification plane to take proper activities.
- Build up good relationship with customers. Ensure customers are satisfied with products and service.
- Representation of company as the customer contact window, liaising with the quality, engineering
- and warranty teams of vehicle manufacturers and OEMs, and responsible for the whole process of
- 0KM/warranty/Change Management issues.
- Handling customer complaints, OKM and warranty incidents ; leading problem analysis using 8D,
- A3 and 5Why methodologies; driving root cause analysis; developing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); ensuring issues are resolved on schedule at the customer site; and implementing look across solutions within the plant
- Respond to customer demands in the first instance and coordinate internal resources to support
- on-site problem handling, emergency meetings and immediate communication for customers,
- meet customers' time-sensitive requirements, and ensure timely response to quality issues to
- guarantee customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or related field or equiv
