  • Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models and strategies
  • IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
  • Vendor and contract management best practices
  • Software license management and optimization (SAP, Microsoft, cloud services)
  • Financial management: budgeting, cost control, chargeback models
  • KPI development and performance scorecard methodologies
  • Process excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • PMO frameworks and project portfolio management
  • Audit and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, GDPR)
  • Stakeholder management and executive reporting
  • Data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Proficient level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome Leadership:
