Head of IT Governance & Performance

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor, contract, and license management across all IT domains - Deliverable: Cost and license transparency & governance
• Drive vendor oversight and performance management - Deliverable: Vendor oversight with SLA compliance and cost optimization
• Establish and lead operations process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives - Deliverable: Continuous improvement of IT processes and efficiency gains
• Develop and manage KPI tracking and performance scorecard - Deliverable: KPI performance scorecard with regular reporting to executive leadership
• Oversee PMO functions for IT initiatives and coordinate with CFO for cost control - Deliverable: Cost control, budget transparency, and PMO governance

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years, preferable automotive & IT transformation experience
• Functional knowledge: In-depth (own discipline), substantial (other discipline)
• Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models and strategies
• IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
• Vendor and contract management best practices
• Software license management and optimization (SAP, Microsoft, cloud services)
• Financial management: budgeting, cost control, chargeback models
• KPI development and performance scorecard methodologies
• Process excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
• PMO frameworks and project portfolio management
• Audit and compliance standards (SOX, ISO, GDPR)
• Stakeholder management and executive reporting
• Data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Proficient level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome Leadership:
• Proactive leadership role within the business and IT organization
• Input on IT architecture and strategy
