Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BusinessInformation Systems, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise software development projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects in the Aviation industry .
• Strong experience in business analysis for IT projects
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Owners,UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining API integration requirements and system interaction flows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with international customers or offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience coordinating UAT and release management activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integration and data migration projects.
• Experience working with aviation operational systems, airport systems or airline digital platforms.

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Aviation Digital Solutions team, supporting enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives for airline operations. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, UX designers, solution architects, and engineering teams to analyze business needs, define system requirements, and deliver scalable digital solutions across multiple aviation domains. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working in Agile software development environments. Job Description: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional requirements. - Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions. - Produce high-quality business analysis artifacts including: o Business Requirement Documents (BRD) o Functional Specifications (SRS) o User Stories o Acceptance Criteria o Process Flows o Wireframes (when required) - Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities forp rocess improvement and automation. - Work closely with Product Owners to define product backlog, prioritize features, and manage requirement changes. - Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams to define functional solutions and API integration requirements. - Support system integration analysis across multiple enterprise applications. - Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release planning activities. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production readiness activities. - Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals, user expectations, and technical constraints. - Provide functional support throughout the software development lifecycle.
