We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Agent - French speaker (m/f/d) to join our Team Orange in Lisbon! If you have professional experience in accounts receivable, collection, or closely related accounting function, and you are ready to take full ownership of a corporate portfolio, don't hesitate to apply! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You are responsible for the handling of the outstanding balance for our corporate customers in B2B and Damages You are in charge of general customer communication and reminders You are responsible for the reconciliation and clarification of customer accounts You liaise with our internal/external partners and service providers You negotiate installment plans, and handle debt collection You optimize our existing processes if needed YOUR SKILLS MATTER Education You have successfully completed higher education with a financial background and have professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. accounts receivable, collections, sales) Mindset You love numbers, have a strong accounting foundation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can perform under pressure Communication You possess excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments Language Skills You are native or have advanced French skills and have a professional proficiency in English Tools You are confident in using MS-Office Excel and have experience working with ERP systems and accounting software
