Requirements
- Proven selling experience (Product Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions, or similar) with measurable impact on revenue.
- Mobile Identity background: Hands-on experience selling/implementing identity solutions with operators (e.g., number verification, KYC, fraud/SIM-swap), understanding number portability and security processes.
- MNO experience: Comfortable navigating the mobile operator commercial and technical ecosystem (stakeholders, partnerships, co-sell motions).
- Independent negotiation: Capable of running complex, multi-stakeholder deals on your own when required.
- Stakeholder management & communication: Effective bridge between regional sales and global PSM/Product/PMM teams.
- GTM strategy: Ability to design and execute a regional GTM (account prioritization, motions, channels, pricing/packaging).
- A track record selling identity solutions into banks, fintechs, wallets, super apps, e-commerce, ride-hailing, or other high-verification industries.
- Multi-country regional experience and partnerships with carriers/operators.
