Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, developing, and executing end-to-end brand marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL, digital, and offline) to drive top of mind, brand preference & market share.. Media Management: Coordinate with regional media counterparts to create strong media plans while following regional guidelines. Content & Localization: Manage the adaptation and localization of regional campaigns specifically for the Hong Kong market. Collaborate with campaign marketing teams to understand user behavior and segmentation strategies, and come up with effective messaging Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize ROI and improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Share insights and align goals with the regional team and maximize usage of group resources. Agency & Regional Stakeholder Management: Communicate with media, PR, and creative agencies, and regional counterparts on a day-to-day basis for asset delivery and campaign rollouts. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders (such as pandamart, foodpanda dine-in, and Rider departments) to support promotional activities and operational launches. Hungry to make a difference A recognized degree in busines or, marketing Minimum 8-10 years relevant work experience in marketing, ad agency, brand management, consumer marketing, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/e-commerce industry, with a strong track record of creating and launching major brand campaigns Excellent knowledge of the food, lifestyle and e-commerce industry Commercial focus, results oriented and an outstanding relationship builder Sociable character and positive attitude towards new challenges
