  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ, Maxio, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, help desk ticketing systems, i.e. JIRA, Help Scout is a plus
  • Solid understanding of LWC, APEX, Visualforce, and Agentforce Vibes is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications and subscription modelling is a huge plus

Our Salesforce Administrator will assist various departments within the company to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and execute on daily tasks associated with our roadmap.
