Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement to clients who are experiencing their first psychotic episode.

Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or other related area.
- Independent Clinical Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, ability to develop short term interventions to support clients/families, and engagement strategies
- Must be able to quickly establish rapport with a wide range of clinical presentations. Knowledge of the vast array of community resources and how to access them.
- Schedule: Part-time (24 hours/week) with a flexible schedule during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM).
- The role includes 1-2 onsite days per week based on client needs and offers the potential to expand into a full-time position as the program grows.

- $39,000 - $42,000 USD
