Test Manager

About the role

Job Description: The successful candidate will work within Data&AI practice and be mainly responsible for development of Test Plan/Strategy for a new solution delivered to one of our international customers from engineering industry. The successful candidate will oversee execution and completion of end-to-end Test Activities, will prepare and execute Test Kick-off, prepare Test Strategy, review and approve Test Execution Plans for SIT and UAT, review and approve test specifications for SIT and UAT. The scope of responsibilities will focus on delivery of traceability from requirements to SIT and UAT Test Cases, facilitation of test readiness and coordination with Test Environment readiness for SIT and UAT and preparation of Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities. Candidates will work closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts and other test team members. We require: University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) Experience in managing test projects (strategy, planning, estimations) Experience in SIT and UAT testing Experience in Defect Management Experience with JIRA Fluent written and spoken English Solid problem solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Autonomous, strong ownership and drive to get things done Eagerness to learn and adaptability to changes We appreciate: ISTQB Test Manager certification Experience with qTest ITIL methodology familiarity Experience in working in multinational environment At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
