Knowledge of PCs to include various operating systems and network topologies. Knowledge of PC architecture and hardware components utilized to diagnose and correct system failures. Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. As an authorized and privileged user of Department of Defense Information Systems, must possess or receive Information Assurance (IA) awareness training as a condition of access within six months of employment, and thereafter must complete annual IA awareness training. Additionally, must obtain and maintain the CompTIA Security+ certification within six months of employment. Incumbent must successfully complete, obtain, and maintain a Tier 3 (Secret) level background check investigation.
