About the role

Deep understanding of GPO, File/Folder Replication and Windows domain knowledge. - Install, configure and manage MS products such as IIS, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a computer related field and a minimum of 7 years of Windows system management experience - Minimum 5 years of current, progressive, and specialized work experience supporting, administering and implementing Electronic Mail system systems such as Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 along with the related supporting infrastructure including instant messaging, spam protection and antivirus solutions. - Proven experience in administration and troubleshooting Exchange 2010\2013 systems with particular experience with AD, DAG's and multiple site deployments - Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP, etc. - Experience with the following: Virtualized Servers, PowerShell, Exchange monitoring, Domain service, Active Directory, Microsoft Forefront Server Protection, Operations Manager for managing Exchange, Kaspersky/Symantec Antivirus - Strong project Management skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
