Warehouse Assistant/Tuas

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in warehousing environment
• Possess a minimum of GCE 'N' levels education.
• Possess a Forklift license/ able to operate a reach truck.
• Responsible for arrangement of shipments.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with speed and accuracy.
• Competence with ERP software, especially SAP (Shipping) is an
• advantage.
• Flexible, resourceful and task oriented.
• Good team player, communicator, and co-ordination skills.
• Able to travel between 2 work locations.

Working area: Tuas Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm. Job Description - Confirm FG taken over from Production are correct. - Perform wrapping and palletising for FG. - Responsible for placement of FG on the storage shelves. - Perform picking from picking list generated by CS - Ensure shipment requirements (special labels) are according to customers' request. - In charge of releasing of cargo based on DO number. - Assist in loading FG into delivery vehicles. - Accurately enter the transactions into SAP. - Work closely with Logistic to optimize warehouse space. - Meet goals defined in departmental targets. - Responsible for filing all digital and physical records to enable quick and easy access. - To follow-up other duties as required.
