INTERNSHIP PURPOSE : We are looking for a Visitor Center & Shop Intern to join the Casa Martini team in Pessione. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will support a wide range of activities and projects related to retail operations and visitor experiences, with a particular focus on service organization and quality. This internship represents an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in Hospitality or Retail within the spirits industry. You will work in a dynamic, inspiring environment alongside passionate professionals, while developing valuable operational and interpersonal skills. Casa Martini VISITOR CENTER SUPPORT : the candidate will act as a guide to introduce visitors to the Martini e Rossi philosophy. Store Casa Martini SUPPORT SHOP : customer support and sales assistance, cash management for issuing visit tickets. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Visitor Center Support - Welcome and guide visitors through Casa Martini, introducing them to the Martini & Rossi heritage and philosophy. - Provide high-quality customer support during tours and experiences. Shop Support - Assist customers during their purchases, ensuring an excellent retail experience. - Manage ticket sales and cash desk operations (POS). - Support the maintenance of stock and inventory systems. - Contribute to the accuracy of sales management, accounting, and cash reconciliation (daily, weekly, monthly). - Collaborate with host and shop teams to ensure smooth daily operations. - Support visual merchandising in alignment with marketing and store manager guidelines. - Contribute to the image and presentation of both the store and the visitor center. Retail Analysis & Reporting - Support retail reporting and sell-out analysis, monitoring customer trends and performance. - Conduct online audits of top sellers and customer engagement. - Ensure excellence in merchandising and point-of-sale execution. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - A postgraduate degree and/or previous experience in the spirits industry will be considered a plus. Languages - Fluent English is essential. - Additional languages are an asset Skills & Knowledge - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. - Comfortable working with data and numbers. - Natural curiosity about retail dynamics, customer behavior, and business trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Sales-oriented attitude with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. - Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced context.
