We are hiring Locum Healthcare Assistants to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations. Apply now! Job Scope Participate in selected in-service training programmes related to skills and knowledge upgrading. Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Monitoring Health: Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition. Supportive Tasks: Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort. Assisting with Therapy: Supporting residents during physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate patient records for care plans, daily observations, and activities. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring the cleanliness of residents' rooms, beds, and surroundings. Team Collaboration: Working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
