Role Overview: You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to enable clarity, execution, and organization wide alignment. This is a high trust role in a fast moving environment. You will act as an extension of the Founder helping drive priorities to closure, facilitating cross functional coordination, and maintaining operational discipline. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and can bring structure to ambiguous situations. This role reflects how Hevo operates.
