Responsibilities

  • Operations & Administration

Full time Entry-level Salary: $2,300-2,800 12-month contract (with 3-month probation period), renewable Company & Role Overview Favella Translations is a Singapore-based translation agency supporting international clients in the legal, financial, medical and luxury sector with precise, time-sensitive translation and interpretation in 30+ languages. As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and work directly with our founder and Head Translator. Through mentoring and training within a small specialised team, you will develop practical skills to handle administrative tasks, coordinate linguistic projects, and successfully liaise with international vendors and clients. From arranging interpreters for foreign diplomats to coordinating the translation of high-stakes contracts, you will be involved in delivering top-notch services in an international and multi-cultural environment with strong opportunities for growth.
