Responsibilities

  • Partner with freight forwarders to build and refine optimal logistics routings for new and existing

  • Support the implementation of company's culture within the team

  • Stay up to date with the best practices and techniques in supply chain and proactively apply new
  • knowledge to improve processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience: 3+ years in international logistics, freight forwarding, automotive supply chain management
  • (Finished Vehicle Logistics experience preferred).
  • Deep proficiency in Incoterms, ocean freight operations, and U.S. export/import regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-modal shipments simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Possesses a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google and Workspace

** Based in Customer Location: Mountain View, CA Job Overview This Finished Vehicle Logistics Coordinator will support both the end-to-end strategic design and tactical execution of finished vehicle transport from upfit locations to global markets. This role bridges the gap between high-level logistics routing and the granular, day-to-day oversight of freight forwarders, steamship lines, and 3PL partners. You will ensure that Autonomous Driving Vehicles (ADVs) move through the global supply chain with precision, compliance, and cost-efficiency. Capable of processing shipments, track and trace, working directly with the customer and other departments in harmony, while maintaining a high standard of work and delivering excellent results
