As an experienced Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex electrical engineering projects across various sectors, including transportation, infrastructure, ports and maritime. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Prepare professional reports and proposals, lead presentations, and engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and industry bodies. Capability Building & Risk Awareness: Mentor team members, contribute to industry engagement, and proactively identify and manage environmental and project risks. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's in electrical engineering (or related) with 5+ years' experience in infrastructure projects; chartered/professional membership preferred. Project Delivery & Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex designs on large-scale transport or urban projects, with strong knowledge of power systems, traction, and Australian standards. Communication & Commercial Capability: Strong reporting, proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and business development skills, supported by solid organizational and time management abilities. Collaboration, Growth & Performance: Effective team collaborator across regions, committed to continuous learning, quality delivery, meeting deadlines, and building strong client and internal relationships.
