We're looking for a Lead, Creator Partnerships to help scale our creator marketing efforts globally. You'll work with creators across platforms to bring Headout's experiences to life, drive meaningful audience engagement, and help grow our brand in key markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of creativity, relationships, data, and execution. You'll work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to execute high-impact campaigns while helping build the systems and processes that make creator marketing more effective and scalable. 🤩 What Makes This Role Special? Shape how travelers discover Headout: You'll work with creators across the world to inspire millions of travelers and influence how they discover and experience destinations. Own campaigns end-to-end: From creator discovery and negotiations to campaign execution and reporting, you'll be responsible for bringing campaigns to life from start to finish. Blend creativity with analytics: You'll help develop compelling creator-led campaigns while using data and insights to continuously improve performance. Work in an AI-native environment: AI is deeply embedded in how we operate at Headout. You'll have access to cutting-edge tools and workflows that help you move faster, make better decisions, and scale your impact. 🎯 What You'll Do Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Execute creator campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to briefing, feedback, contracting, payments, and reporting. Partner with creators and agencies to deliver high-quality content aligned with campaign objectives. Analyze campaign performance and share insights to improve creator selection, creative output, and ROI. Help build scalable processes, playbooks, and AI-powered workflows to improve campaign efficiency. Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, and regional teams to bring campaigns to life. 🎯What skills do you need? 4-6 years of hands-on experience in creator, influencer, or social media marketing within a consumer brand. Experience executing creator campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of creator analytics, campaign measurement, and social media performance metrics. Experience using creator discovery and analytics tools such as Modash, HypeAuditor, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or similar. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong creative judgment and ability to provide clear creator briefs and feedback. AI-native mindset and comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. ➕Bonus Experience building AI automations or agentic workflows. Experience working with travel, lifestyle, or other consumer internet brands. Existing creator or agency relationships Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns. Brand marketing experience beyond creator partnerships.
