As a Junior Account Executive , you are the tip of the spear. Your mission is to master the art of identifying high-potential businesses and showing them that their manual supply chain processes are no longer sustainable in an AI-driven world. We don't believe in "forever-SDRs." We are hiring you to become an Account Executive within 6 to 12 months . This is your intensive training ground in high-stakes SaaS sales, AI literacy, and supply chain strategy. Your Evolution Roadmap Phase 1: The Intelligence Scout (Months 1-6) Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research "Ideal Customer Profiles" (ICPs) using data-driven insights. You'll find the businesses where Optiply can have the biggest financial impact. Master the Narrative: Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers. You aren't "selling"; you're inviting them to a better way of working. Pipeline Engineering: Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine our outbound engine and ensure a constant flow of transformation opportunities. Tech Mastery: Deep dive into CRM management and sales automation tools to track your impact and optimize your conversion rates. Phase 2: The Junior Closer (Months 6-12) Transition to AE: Once you've demonstrated mastery of the "Front End," you will begin leading your own product demos, managing discovery calls, and closing your own deals under the mentorship of our Senior AEs. The "Grind" and the "Brain": You are resilient and persistent (cold outreach is part of the game), but you also think critically. You don't just follow a script; you understand the business logic.
