SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a (Senior) HR Generalist, you'll act as the first line of support for all local people matters, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience across the full lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employees in Germany, managing HR queries and lifecycle events in line with global standards Own local onboarding, relocation, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with German labor law and a high-quality employee experience Manage local HR vendors and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong data integrity in HR systems Handle employee relations cases and advise the local CEO, escalating complex topics to Global HR when needed

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of German labor law and local HR practices, with experience creating compliant policies and documentation
  • Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and vendor management
  • Proven ability to handle employee relations cases with sound judgment and discretion
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong communication skills across local and global stakeholders
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ticketing systems such as HiBob
  • Experience supporting fast-scaling or high-growth environments
