Logistic Coordinator (West / 5D)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Track shipment progress and update delivery status accordingly.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Prepare required logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Assist in resolving delivery, shipment, or warehouse operation issues.
• Provide daily administrative support to the warehouse and operations team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• At least N Level and above
• 1 - 2 years in a supply chain-related industry is preferred
• Positive work attitude, committed and motivated at work.
