Sr Director, Finance, Industrial Solutions

Responsibilities

• Acts as the business partner to the Group President and senior leadership team to analyze and predict financial results and develop strategies for driving EBITDA and mitigating risks to achieve business plan
• Build, motivate, and lead a highly engaged global IS finance team across multiple countries and time zones; drive performance mindset
• Lead preparation and presentation of accurate, timely financial reports to the executive team each month
• Set the vision and lead strategic planning for IS from a finance standpoint; gain alignment and excel in execution of financial results
• Partner with CHQ Controllership and other centralized functions to ensure integrity of financial results as well as regulatory and statutory compliance
• Drive enhanced forecasting and budgeting process and capabilities; ensure accurate and timely reporting of IS results
• Manage the IS P&L and control costs to drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies
• Develop financial processes and analytical capabilities within the finance team, to achieve short term execution and long-term strategic improvement and growth
• Demonstrate integrity and foster an environment of accountability with open and honest feedback
• Evaluate acquisition targets as needed in terms of overall strategic and financial benefit and synergy opportunities; integrate any newly acquired companies into the financial framework to maximize value
• Support and drive other special projects or initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Management or related fields
• MBA preferred but not required
• 5 years of related experience in a global, multi-site leadership role, preferably manufacturing
• 10+ years of total experience in finance/accounting capacity, with P&L leadership
• Strong understanding of financial systems, consolidations tools (Onestream), ERP platforms (i.e. SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling
• Track record of building and leading global teams
• Experience prioritizing capital investments and establishing an annual business/strategic plan
• Travel: up to 20%

Job Requirements The Sr. Director, Finance - IS is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements, for the Industrial Solutions (IS) division of Alkegen, representing approximately $600 million in annual revenue. The individual will provide strategic direction and partnership to the IS Group President and associated senior leadership team, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business goals and maximizing profitability and efficiency. This position requires a seasoned financial leader with a deep understanding of global manufacturing operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance in a complex, dynamic environment. The position reports to Alkegen's CFO with a strong dotted-line to the IS Group President.
