About the role

IDEATION WORKSHOP In this internship you'll assist in planning, preparing, and executing ideation sprints of varying sizes - from small creative sessions to large-scale sprints with cross‑functional teams - ensuring smooth logistics, documentation, and participant experience. SUSTAINABILITY COMPLIANCE You maintain and update materials in our internal tool, ensuring that all workshop setups and processes follow sustainability requirements and best practices. CREATIVE COMMUNICATION You'll support the development of creative and engaging internal communications by exploring AI tools, drafting content, and helping shape new ways of communicating with global stakeholders. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT You'll assist in managing internal databases, tools, and documentation to keep team resources organized, up‑to‑date, and accessible to stakeholders. Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree). Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset but not required. Interest or basic knowledge of Design Thinking principles, creative problem‑solving, or innovation methodologies. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support workshops and cross‑team activities. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working proactively and reliably in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence collaborating across global, cross‑functional teams. Curiosity for AI tools, new ways of working, and creative communication approaches.
