Location: PLQ / Paya Lebar MRT Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm Responsibilities & Duties: Support marketing campaigns planning and execution Research industry-related topics and preparewell-drafted drafts or copy for social media posts, promotional emails andother marketing collaterals Design or assist in the creation of written, video,and image content for marketing channels to advertise our company and products Manage social media channels including Instagram,Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Tik Tok and assist in replying to any customer inquiries Ensure the collaterals created are consistent withthe branding guidelines Design customer success initiatives, or communityevents like fireside chats for customer engagement through Whatsapp channel Plan lead generation events with key partners Measure and report the results of marketingcampaigns, social media ads and initiatives Assists in any other ad-hoc data entry oradministrative tasks as requested by the management Design and lead team in offline marketing efforts(such as banners, pillar ads) and exhibitions
