Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Organizational Design : Shows judgment on organizational design, role clarity, and team formation.
  • Systems Thinking around API and Components : Deep familiarity with developer platforms, API design, component library ecosystems - including token systems, versioning strategies, and the tradeoffs between flexibility and consistency in a multi-tenant or white-label context.
  • API Lifecycle Management: Experience governing the full lifecycle of an enterprise API: from endpoint design and versioning strategy, through release and changelog management, to deprecation workflows and migration support for downstream integration partners.
  • Component Lifecycle Management : Experience governing the full lifecycle of a component library: from contribution intake and design review, through release and changelog management, to deprecation and migration support for downstream consumers.

Additional Information

*This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East Coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. As a Lead Product Manager for Enterprise API /Components, you will define the future of how enterprise developers build with our platform, owning the end-to-end roadmap for 1-2 product squads. You are a steward of long-term direction, responsible for ensuring roadmap coherence and execution health across critical B2B partner integration endpoints, including ownership of Partner SDK and Developer Portal , Component Library and design system integrations that power partner facing surfaces. Operating with a strategic horizon of 12-24 months, you will guide PM craft development, partner with Engineering and Design leads on capability building, and establish the operating rhythms that enable teams to deliver consistently.
