Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for mid-big size projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules by synthesizing diverse inputs and requirements.
• Assist in estimating budgets, costs, and resource requirements.
• Support and facilitate all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication, including project kick-offs, progress updates, milestone reporting, and close-out activities.
• Ensure client expectations and business needs are consistently understood, managed, and addressed throughout the project.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress, risks, issues, and status.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Baseline Security Clerance is required for this role.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience as a Project Coordinator/Office etc.
