🎯 About the Role We're looking for a Content Marketer Intern who enjoys both thinking and creating. You will own the full content process end-to-end, from planning ideas and storytelling, to filming and editing, to posting and improving performance. This role combines content strategy, brand storytelling, and execution , and plays a key role in shaping how our brands show up across platforms. This is a hands-on role . You are expected to strategise, create, and execute. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 🎯 Content Strategy & Planning Plan content ideas, angles, and storytelling across brands Decide hooks, formats, and messaging Align content with campaigns and brand direction 📹 Filming & Content Creation (Core) Film short-form content (Reels, TikTok) Be actively involved in shoots and on-ground execution Direct framing, pacing, and delivery ✂️ Editing & Production Edit videos Ensure content is clear and engaging Maintain consistency in tone and style 📲 Posting & Execution Post content across platforms Ensure captions, hooks, and structure are complete 📊 Performance & Improvement Review content performance (views, retention, engagement) Identify patterns in what works and refine future content Continuously improve hooks, pacing, and storytelling You should be comfortable taking content from idea → execution → publishing → improvement 📊 KPIs Number of content pieces published weekly Views per content Retention rate Mindset Hands-on and execution-focused Comfortable moving fast and iterating Takes ownership of output Open to feedback and continuous improvement You Are Comfortable being involved in shoots Hands-on with filming and editing content Willing to test, learn, and refine ideas over time Additional Requirements Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on-camera content Experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus 🎯 Performance Expectations Consistent content output on a weekly basis Content improves in quality and engagement over time Able to contribute to both brand growth and overall performance Fast learning and iteration cycles 🚀 Why Join Us High ownership - your work directly shapes how our brands grow Opportunity to build content that is both meaningful and effective 👤 Bonus if you Experience & Skills Experience in content creation, marketing, or media Ability to execute content consistently Understanding of social platforms, hooks, storytelling, and audience behaviour Able to identify what works and improve content over time
