Job Description: Job Summary - Endpoint Technologies Specialist The Endpoint Technologies Specialist delivers first‑ and second‑level technical support for internal users across the organization. This role supports Windows workstations, mobile devices, and core corporate technologies. Responsibilities include both hands‑on and remote support for applications, hardware, and platforms used by our domestic and international teams. A major focus of the role is managing all incoming and outgoing end‑user equipment-ensuring computers and smartphones are inventoried, cleaned, prepared, and ready for deployment. Essential Responsibilities Manage the inventory, imaging, deployment, and support of desktop and laptop systems Document processes and maintain accurate technical documentation Install, maintain, and support hardware, operating systems, and applications Participate in maintaining the deployment environment Work support queues to identify and resolve technical issues Assist with equipment moves for users and office locations Provide support for laptops, tablets, and smartphones Create, deactivate, and manage Active Directory objects Assess and help integrate new technologies into the production and support environment Collaborate with the Director of Corporate IT and partner departments Manage shipping and receiving of all IT equipment Qualifications & Characteristics Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to coordinate and implement solutions Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication Ability to integrate into team environments and lead projects when needed Ability to learn new technologies quickly and develop standard operating procedures Demonstrates resourcefulness and perseverance Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary A+ certification or 1-2 years of extensive PC hardware experience (laptop repair a plus) Network+ certification or 1-2 years of x86 server hardware experience 1-2 years of Microsoft Active Directory administration MTA or MCSA in supported Windows workstation/server technologies 2-4 years of desktop OS and application support in a mid to large‑sized environment Strong experience supporting current MS Office applications Experience documenting build standards and writing end‑user HOW‑TOs Basic understanding of IP networking Experience in a 24×7×365 environment is a plus Experience with storage/retention environments is a plus Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours as required #LI-KS1 The Compensation range for this role is 45,000 to 55,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
