The purpose of the Workforce Planning Executive role is to ensure the effective deployment and engagement of Angard workers across Royal Mail sites nationwide. This role is central to delivering exceptional service to our client by managing staffing orders, coordinating shift patterns, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and site managers. You will act as a key point of contact for workforce planning, ensuring that operational requirements are met efficiently and accurately through proactive communication and system management.
