Primary Responsibilities Maintain and organize recipe databases, menu files, and standard operating procedures. Assist with menu development, formatting, and distribution for daily operations and special events. Coordinate purchasing requests, vendor communications, and inventory documentation. Prepare reports on food costs, labor metrics, inventory levels, and operational performance. Support scheduling, payroll documentation, and employee records for culinary team members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and health department requirements. Coordinate logistics for catering functions, banquets, and special events. Serve as a liaison between culinary operations, human resources, and other departments. Assist with onboarding and training documentation for new culinary employees. Manage departmental correspondence, meeting agendas, and administrative projects as assigned.
