Responsibilities
- You will serve as lead counsel and trusted advisor on a broad range of complex transactions, including:
- Structuring, negotiating and documenting secured financing and other strategic transactions

Requirements
- JD and active bar membership in good standing

- Significant experience in one or more of the following: secured finance, structured finance, private credit, leveraged finance, corporate / M&A, asset-based lending, real estate finance, or other complex transactional practices
- Strong drafting, negotiation and judgment
- Ability to lead transactions from structuring through closing and post-closing execution
- Ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated general knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with advancements in artificial intelligence
