About the role

Job Description - We are seeking a highly skilled Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Prototype Programs with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation. - This role will be instrumental in accelerating product development, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams, and delivering successful product launches that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:: - Lead End-to-End Program Delivery for NPI and prototype initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives. - Develop and manage Program Plans, Governance Frameworks, project schedules, and executive reporting mechanisms. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Global Teams including Business, Engineering, Product Management, Partners, and Channel Organizations across Singapore, India, and Europe. - Translate business requirements into actionable Delivery Roadmaps using a Data-Driven and AI-Informed approach. - Identify and manage Risks, Dependencies, Issues, and Escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies. - Track program health through KPIs, Milestones, Dashboards, and Executive Reporting. - Drive effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and transparency across geographically distributed teams. - Champion Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, and innovation-led delivery practices.
